SDX Technical

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The SDX Technical window opens when the SDX Technical tab is selected on the SDX web page.  It displays information about the person's Social Security number and the information that generated the record.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Identifying information:

SSN:  This box displays the N-FOCUS Social Security Number for the person.

Birth Date:  This box displays the person's N-FOCUS date of birth.

Name:  This box displays the person's N-FOCUS name.

Gender:  This box displays the person's N-FOCUS gender code.

Client SSN Status:  

Processing Date:  This box displays the date the SDX record was processed by SSA.

SSN Correction:  This box displays a message which will describe the status of any correction SSA is making to the client's SSN.

Record Status:  This box indicates whether a record that has been terminated with Payment Status of T30 will be reestablished. If the record is being reestablished under a new Social Security Number, the new SSN will appear in the SSN Cross Reference box.

SSN Cross Reference: This box displays the new or old SSN. It should be read in conjunction with the SSN Correction box.

Transaction:

Current Type:  This box displays the change, if any, that generated this SDX record.

Previous Type:  This box displays the change which occurred prior to the one in the Current Type box.

Previous Date: This box displays the date when the Previous Type of transaction was first entered into the system.

SSN:

This list displays a list of up to five SSN's this person may previously have had.
