Create Interview Appointment Letter

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

This window allows for creation of the Interview Appointment letter.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

The status of the window displays under the exit icon.

Program: This column displays the type of program case.

Case Name: This column displays the name of the person in whose name the program case is registered.

St: This column displays the status of the program case as of the current calendar month.

Stat Beg Dte: This column displays the begin date of the displayed status for the program case.

Program ID: This column displays the system generated identification number for the program case.

Sent to Person Group Box:

Sent to Person: Select the person to sent the Interview Appointment letter to,from the drop down list.

Interview with Client Group Box:

Client Call In Radio Button: The selection defaults to this radio button.

In Person Radio Button:  Select this button if the interview will be held in the office.

At the Client's Telephone Number Radio Button:  Select this button if the worker will call the client.

Date: Enter the month, day and year of the interview.

Time:  Enter the time and either AM or PM.

Time Zone:  This field defaults to Central Time, but can be changed to Mountain Time.

Application Group Box:

Received Date:  This field will display the date the application was received if the date was entered with then application was pended.  If the field is blank, enter the date the application was received.

Language Group Box:

Language:  This field defaults to English, but can be changed to Spanish.

Comments Group Box:

This box allows for the entry of additional comments.
