Sanction Summary

WINDOW OVERVIEW:  

The Sanction Summary window displays all Master Case persons.  This is a display only window, all sanction and non-cooperation action are done in the Expert System.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Master Case Persons List Box:

This box lists all Master Case Persons.  When the person line is highlighted any sanction or CSE Non-Cooperation instances are shown in the boxes below.

Last:  This column displays the person's last name.

First:  This column displays the person's first name.

M:  This column displays the middle initial if the person has one.

Ext:  This column displays the person's name extension if the person has one.

SSN:  This column displays the person's Social Security Number.

Birth Date:  This column displays the person's date of birth.

Household Status: This column displays the person's household status
IN or OUT.

Begin Date: This column displays the household status began.

Unborn's Mom: This column displays the name of any pregnant women in the household

Due Date:  This column displays the date the baby is due to be born.

End Date:  This column displays the date the pregnancy ended.

Person Number:  This column displays the person's Agency Related Person number.

ACTION BUTTONS:  

	This button is enabled when there is sanction information for the highlighted person. Click the button to open the Sanctions window, where historical and current sanction information for the person can be viewed.
	This button is enabled when there is CSE sanction information for the highlighted person.   Click the  button to open the CSE Non-cooperation window, where historical and current CSE sanction information for the person can be viewed.
