Application Request Date

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Application Request Date pop-up window opens when adding a person to a mainframe program case. It is used to document the persons application request date.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Message:

You may change the Request Date
if different than the current date.

Request Date: Enter the date (mm/dd/yyyy) the request for an application was made.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to accept the date entered.
	Select the Cancel button to remove the date and return to the Existing Programs window.
