Detail Master Case Assignments

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Detail Master Case Assignments window opens when either the Assignments function is selected in the Go To drop down menu or the Assignments icon is selected from the toolbar.

This window is used to process an assignment action.

AD, ADD, CDD, CFS, DDAC, DDAD, DDAR,DDCSA, DDSC, and DDAID cases cannot be assigned from this window, they must be assigned from the Detail Program Case Assignment window.  An Excluded Program Cases message or Excluded Program Case Assignments message opens when they are selected for assignment on this window.

Up to 40 cases may be assigned at a time. ( A view overflow message appears if there are more than 40 program cases to be assigned)

Program Case Assignments Key Points

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Master Case Group Box:

Name: This field displays the Master Case Name.

Number: This field displays the system assigned master case number.

Office: This field displays the current office location of the Master Case.

Program Cases / Program Case Assignments List Box:

This list box contains a Program Cases line (top line(s)) and an Program Case Assignments line (lower line(s)).  Pending cases will be displayed at the top of the list.

Program Case line:

Program: This column displays the type of program case.

Assistance: This column displays the program case assistance type.

Case Name: This column displays the Program Case Name.

Case Status: This column displays the current case status.

Program Case Assignments line:

This line displays all open assignments. The history of end dated assignments may be viewed from the Detail Program Case assignments.

Office: This field displays the name of the office where the position is assigned.

Worker Name: This column displays the name of the staff person assigned to the case.

Worker Role: This column displays the assigned role of the worker.

Begin: This column displays the begin date for the worker assignment.

Position: This column displays the number for the office position.

Class: This column displays the office classification code for the position.

Logon: This column displays the Logon ID for the staff person.

Supervised by: This column displays the person who supervises the staff position.

ACTION BUTTONS:

The More Minus button is enabled when a previous list window has been viewed. It is used to return to the previous list window.
The More Plus button is enabled when there are more referrals than can be displayed in the list window. It is used to view the next window list.
