The Select Office Position window opens when the Select All Assignments for Position is selected in the Actions drop down menu on the Detail Master Case Assignments window. It is used to identify all the Program Cases in the Master Case that are assigned to a selected position.
Select Office Position List Box:
Highlight a line in the list.
Office: This column displays the name of the Office where the position is located.
Name: This column displays the name of the Staff Person who is filling the position.
Position: This column displays the position identification number.
Logon: This column displays the Staff Persons logon ID.

Select the OK button to return to the Detail Master Case Assignments window with the all of the selected Staff Persons Program Case assignment lines highlighted. |

Select the Cancel button to return to the Detail Master Case Assignments window without the position assignments highlighted. |
