Master Case - Overview

The Master Case windows display key information regarding a Master Case including:

• A list of Master Case Persons included in the Household.
• A List of Program Cases included in the Household.

Most case actions are initiated from the drop down menus and icons on the following windows.

Note: If the Master Case or any person who is IN the Household within the Master Case needs to be protected because of Domestic Violence, the information will be marked as RESTRICTED. This designation will display on the Detail Master Case window, and the Person Detail window. During the Search process, for each person within a Restricted Master Case, the restriction will also display on the Search by Address, Search by Phone and Search by Account windows. Search information will not display for Restricted Persons or Master Cases.
