CHARTS Referral List

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The CHARTS Referral List window opens when the CHARTS referral option is selected on the Actions drop down menu on the Detail Master Case window.  It displays a list of the Child Support Referrals for the selected Master Case.

ACTIONS drop down menu:

Delete CHARTS Referral: The Delete option is available for a highlighted referral only if the referral has not been sent.  Referrals are processed at the end of the workday so a referral can be deleted at anytime during the day that the referral is sent.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Number: This field displays the system assigned CHARTS Referral number.

Referral Date: This field displays the date the referral is made to CHARTS.  Referrals without a referral date are in pending status or have not been sent.

Last: This field displays the last name of the person included in the referral.

First: This field displays the first name of the person included in the referral.

MI: This field displays the middle initial of the person included in the referral.

Ext: This field displays the name extension of the person included in the referral.

Role: This field displays the persons role in the referral.

DHHS is CP: This field displays a "yes" indicator when the Department of Health and Human Services is the Custodial Parent for the child.

Unknown NCP: This field displays a "yes" indicator when the Non-custodial parent of the child is unknown.

Dependent is in an institution: This field displays a "yes" indicator when the child is in a institution.

Referring Worker: This field displays the name of the worker making the CHARTS referral.

ACTION BUTTONS:

More Minus The More Minus button is enabled when a previous list window has been viewed. It is used to return to the previous list window.
More Plus The More Plus button is enabled when there are more referrals than can be displayed in the list window. It is used to view the next window list.
