List for Master Case

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List for Master Case window opens when the Master Case person search determines that the person has been a member of more than one Master Case.   The window displays all Master Cases in which the selected person is or has been a member.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Person Information Group Box:

Name: This field displays the name of the person who is in the Master Cases listed below.

SSN: This field displays the Social Security Number of the person whose Master Cases are listed. 

Person Number:   This displays the unique number for the person selected.

:  Click this button to open the Program Case Involvements of Person window to view additional information.

Master Case List Box:

Master Case Number:   This column displays the
A unique number assigned by the system and used to identify each Master Case.Master Case number.

Master Case Name:

Last:  This column displays the last name of the Master Case Name person.

First:  This column displays the first name of the Master Case Name person.

MI:  This column displays the middle initial of the Master Case Name person.
