Send Referral

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Send Referral window is the final step in making a CHARTS referral.  It opens when the send referral option is selected on the CHARTS Referral Detail  Actions drop down menu.  Use it to double check the referral information before sending it to CHARTS unit.

MESSAGE:

Do you want to send the CHARTS Referral?

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button to send the referral to the CHARTS unit.
	Select the No button to return to the CHARTS Referral Detail window without sending the referral to the CHARTS unit.
