Verify Current Income

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

This window is used to request current income verification for Medicaid Program Case persons.

Note: To request the interface, the person must be pending or active in a Medicaid Program Case.

Verify Current Income Employment Interface

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Master Case ID:  This field displays the unique, system-assigned number used to identify each Master Case.

Name:  This field displays the name of the person in whose name the Master Case is registered.

Medicaid Persons Group Box:

Last Name:  This column displays the last name of each Pending or Active person in a Medicaid Program Case in the Master Case.

First Name: This column displays the first name of each Pending or Active person in a Medicaid Program Case in the Master Case.

M: This column displays the middle initial of each current Pending or Active person in a Medicaid Program Case in the Master Case.

Ext: This column displays the name extension of each current Pending or Active person in a Medicaid Program Case in the Master Case.

Birth Date: This column displays the birth date of each current Pending or Active person in a Medicaid Program Case in the Master Case.

SSN: This column displays the last four digits of the Social Security Number of each current Pending or Active person in a Medicaid Program Case in the Master Case.

Requested Date: This column displays the date the request for verified current income was made for each Pending or Active person in a Medicaid Program Case in the Master Case.

Person No: This column displays the unique, system-assigned number used to identify the each Pending or Active person in a Medicaid Program Case in the Master Case.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Click this icon to navigate to the Person Detail window for the selected Medicaid Person.
	Click this icon to navigate to the Interfaces Menu for the selected Medicaid Person.
	Select the person row to enable this button. Click this button to submit a Verify Current Income request to a federal contractor through the Federal Data Services HUB.
	Click this button to return to the Detail Master Case window without submitting a Verify Current Income request.
