The Detail Correspondence window displays detailed information about the correspondence.

Master Case: This field displays the Master Case name.
ID#: This field displays the Master Case identification number
Current Group Box:
Status: This field displays the current status of the correspondence item.
Language: This field displays the language used for the correspondence if other than English.
Status Date: This field displays the date the current status began.
Mail Date: This field displays the date the correspondence was mailed.
UserID: This field displays the Logon ID of the staff person or the Expert system task that created the current status.
Type: This field displays the type of correspondence item.
Sent To: This field displays the person or organization that the correspondence was sent to.
Create Date: This field displays the date the correspondence was created on N-FOCUS.
Program: This field displays the program that is attached to the correspondence.
Case Name: This field displays the Program Case name.
Print History List Box:
This list box displays all history for this correspondence.
Example: A notice template was created, then printed by the local office. After the worker reviewed the notice, it was decided that it would not be mailed so the worker destroyed the notice. History would have one line showing the status of Print Local. The Current Group Box shows the current status of Destroyed.
Status: This field displays the status of the correspondence item.
Language: This field displays the language used for the notice if other than English.
Status Date: This field displays the date the status was achieved.
Mail Date: This field displays the date the correspondence was mailed.
UserID: This field displays the staff person’s Logon ID who created the status.
