The Non-System Information window is used to complete name and address information for persons and organizations that are not included in the N-FOCUS system. This information is then used to complete the verification requests or speednote.
Name: Enter the name of the person or organization.
Address Information Group Box:
Line 1: Enter the street address or post office box number for the person or organization mailing address.
Line 2: Enter any additional address information
City: Enter the name of the city for the person or organization mailing address.
State: Select the state for person or organization mailing address from those listed in the drop down list.
Zip code: Enter the zip code for the person or organization mailing address.

Select the OK button to save the information entered and return to the previous window. |

Select the Cancel button to close the window without saving. |

Select the Help button to open window specific help. |
