The Search for Correspondence window is used to search for correspondence using a specific date range or type of correspondence. This defaults to a range of 30 days prior to the date in the Date Range field, but the range and date can be changed. A maximum of 90 days back from any previous date can be searched.

Master Case: This field displays the name of the Master Case. If this window is accessed from the Program Case, the field name will be Program Case and display the Program Case name.
ID#: This field displays the Master Case Identification Number. If this window is accessed from the Program Case, the field will indicate the Program to which the correspondence is being created for.
Correspondence Group Box:
Date Range:
End date of: This date defaults to the current date. This date may be changed to any previous date.
With a Range of: This field defaults to 30 days, but the range can be changed to search for correspondence for up to 180 days.
Giving a begin date of: This field displays the begin date of the search range.
Type: To narrow the search to look for certain types of correspondence, open the drop down list and highlight the type of search. Leave the type as “None” and N-FOCUS will search for all correspondence that was created during the date range.
