Notices - Overview

Access to Notices is a tab on the bottom of the Navigator tree list.

Notice processing is started by clicking on this tab. Notices is not a benefit month driven task.

This window has a Notices Tab in the Navigator pane on the left side and a Current Window on the right side.

Notices are created by the system for AABD, ADC, FSP, MED,FW, and IL program cases that have been processed since the case was checked out to the expert system. Notices will not be created for Mainframe cases or Children and Family Service cases.

In order for a notice to be created, you must click on the Notice Tab and at minimum, close and save. If you do not enter the Notice Task, No Notice will be created.

In order for a notice to be created a change in an Expert System program case must be found by the system. If none are found a message will be displayed.

If notices for the same Master Case are run multiple times in a day, the system will compare the way the case looked at the beginning of the day to the current picture to determine what changes need to have a notice.

System generated notices can be regrouped and comments can be added by the worker. When a notice grouping has been overridden, any comments added before the override will be deleted and will need to be rewritten.
