The Detail Case Narrative window is used to view the details of a case narrative.

How Do I:

Narrative

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Master Case Name: The name of the Master Case person.

MC#: The Master Case number.

Recorded: The date the narrative was recorded.

Recorded By: The ID of the staff person who recorded the narrative.

Updated By: The date the narrative was last updated.

Subject: The subject of the narrative.

Subheading: The subheading of the subject narrative.

Program: The program related to the subject narrative.

Description Box: This text box provides a brief description of the type of informaton to be included in the selected Subject and Subheading for the narrative.

Narrative Detail Box:

This text box is used to enter details regarding the narrative.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select this button to save the current narrative and move on to the next Subheading.
	Select this button to view narratives entered prior to November 9, 2009.
	Select this button to spell check the current narrative.
	Select this button if more lines are needed for the case narrative or to display the entire narrative.
	Select this button to view previous narratives. This will only be enabled when more than one narrative has been selected for viewing.
	Select this button to view more narratives. This will only be enabled when more than one narrative has been selected for viewing.
