Sanctions - History tab

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The History window lists the closed instances of sanction information for:

• Master Case Persons in the case with a denied, closed, or ineligible status.
• Closed instance of sanction associated with a Master Case Person(s)

To update or correct information, highlight the status line for the person and select the Update button.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

LAST NAME:  This column displays the sanctioned person's last name.

FIRST NAME:  This column displays the sanctioned person's first name.

DOB/EDD:  This column displays the sanctioned person's date of birth.

AGE:  This column displays the sanctioned person's age.

NUMBER:  This column displays the sanctioned person's Agency Related Number (ARP).

Sanction Type:   This column displays the code for the type of sanction imposed.

Detail:   This column displays the sanction type reason for Food Stamp Work Requirement sanctions .

Begin Date:   This column displays the date the sanction began.

End Date:  This column displays the date the sanction ended.

ACTION BUTTONS

	The Update button is enabled when the sanction line (the line under the person line) has a sanction end date and the line is highlighted.  Select the button to open the Update Sanctions window.
	The Delete button is enabled when the sanction line (the line under the person line) is highlighted.  Select the Delete button to open the Delete Sanction Message window.
