Add Sanction Message:
You cannot add a CSE Sanction in the Sanctions task for this person. Because if the person is an Active/Pending/Spenddown/ Premium Due participant in an AABD/MED, ADC/MED, or MED case. The sanction can only be imposed in a Case Maintenance Close action.
Non-Budget Sanction Message:
You cannot close a non-budget sanction for this person in the Sanction task. S/he is an active participant in an AABD/MED, ADC,MED, FSP, or MED program case. Non-budget sanctions can only be closed in this task for persons who have only a Pending Participant or Active Financially Responsible role in one of these program cases.
Incorrect End Date Messages:
End date should be greater than the Begin Date.
The new Close date of the Sanction cannot be greater than 2 months in future.
