List Office icons

	The New icon is enabled for staff who have security to add new office locations to the list.
	The Open icon is enabled when an office location is highlighted in the office list.
	The Return arrow is enabled when the list office window is opened by flowing from another area of the N-FOCUS system and an office location is highlighted in the office list.
	Select the Position icon to open the List Office Position window with a list of staff persons assigned to the office location
	The Policy icon opens the on-line Policy Manuals.
	The Close icon closes the List Office window and returns to the Search Office window.
	The Main Menu icon closes the List Office window and returns to the N-FOCUS Main Menu window.
