Office Function

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Office Function window displays the functions performed in the office. Office Function information can be updated by staff with proper security.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Office: This field displays the Office name.

Available Group Box:

Office Function: This list displays the available office functions. Currently these are CHARTS, Claim, DD Service Coordination, and Intake.

Selected Group Box:

Office Function: This list displays the function(s) being worked in the office.

Action Buttons

add Select the add button to move highlighted service functions from the Available list to the Selected list for the office.
remove Select the remove button to remove a highlighted service function from the Selected list and add it back to the Available list.
OK The OK button will be enabled only for persons with security to update the information. Select this button to return to the Detail Office Window with the updated information saved.
cancel Select the Cancel button to cancel the window and return to the previous window.
