The Search Office window allows a search of Nebraska DHHS offices on the N-FOCUS system by office number, office name, or other information.

Office Number: Enter the office number if known in this field.
Office Name: Enter the office name in this field.
Other Group Box:
Select the appropriate radio button for a search using criteria other than the office number or office name.
O All: Select the All radio button to open a list of all offices on the N-FOCUS system.
O Function: Select the Function radio button to enable the drop down list. Highlight the office function (CHARTS, Claim, DD Service Coordination, or Intake) to receive a list of offices performing that function.
O Geographic Area: Select the Geographic Area radio button to enable the drop down list. Highlight an area to view a list of offices within that Service Area.

Select the Search button to begin a search using the criteria selected on the window. |

Select the New button to add a new office. The button will only be enabled for staff with the security to add new offices. |

Select the Clear button to clear all search criteria from this window and select different criteria. |

Select the Cancel button to return to the previous window. |

|
Select the Help button to open window specific help. |
