Sort Office Position

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Sort Office Position sorts List Office Positionlist by Position, Classification or Last Name. When the A to Z icon is selected the list is sorted alphabetically starting with the beginning of the alphabet. When the Z to A icon is selected the list is sorted alphabetically starting with the end beginning of the alphabet.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Position: Select this radio button to sort numerically by position number.

Classification: Select this radio button to sort alphabetically by classification.

Last Name: Select this radio button to sort alphabetically by last name.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to return to the List Office Position window displaying the order that has been requested.
	Select the Cancel button to cancel the sort criteria and return to the List Office Position window.
