The Detail Organization Alert (Position) window provides detailed information about a specific alert. New Organization alerts can be created using this window.

Detail Organization Alert (Position) Icons
The current system mode will display in the right corner under the Main Menu icon.
Position Group Box:
Office: This field displays the name of the office where the position is located.
Number: This field displays the position number followed by the name of the staff person currently filling the position.
Alert Group Box:
ID Number: This field displays the unique system assigned organization identification number.
Tax Id: This field displays the tax identification number for the Organization.
Due Date: This field displays the date the action on this alert is due to be completed.
Name: This field displays the name of the Organization.
Status: This field displays the status of the alert.
Number: This field displays the alert number.
Source Id: This field displays the identification of either the staff person or the system process that created the alert.
Display Date: This field displays the date the alert displays in the list. This date may be changed. Enter the date a worker created alert should display.
Type: This field displays the type of the alert.
Alert Description Group Box:
Short Description: The first field displays the short description of the alert that also displays in the List Organization Alert (Position) List Box. In add mode enter a short description for the alert. In inquiry mode the field cannot be changed.
Long Description: The second field displays the detailed description of the alert. In add mode enter a detailed description for the alert. In inquiry mode the field cannot be changed.
