Organization Assignments List Display

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Organization Assignments List Display pop-up window opens when the Organization Assignments radio button is selected on the Search Position Assignments window.  It is used to select how the Organization Assignments are viewed.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

View By Group Box:

All selections will return with Organizations in active, in Process, Inquiry, and Hold status.

 

Assignment Begin Date: Select this radio button to arranged the list by the assignment begin date.

Organization Name: Select this radio button to arranged the list in alphabetical order by the name of the organization.

Organization ID: Select this radio button to arrange the list numerically by the organizations' identification number.

Status:  Select this radio button to arrange the list by the organization status. Select the Closed Status to view closed Organizations.

 Facility Type:  Select this radio button to view organizations that have the type selected in the drop down list.

City: Select this radio button to view the organization assignments in the city entered in the city field.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to complete the search and open the List Position Assignments - Organization window with selected search criteria.
	Select the Cancel button to return to the Search Position Assignments window.
