The List Organization window displays the Organizations that match the search criteria specified on the Search Organization window.

Organization List Box:
ID: This column displays the unique system ID number used to identify each Organization maintained on the system.
EIN/SSN: This column displays either the Employer Identification Number or the Social Security Number of the Organization depending on the type of organization (individual or an institution). Not all Organizations will have an EIN/SSN.
Dup: When a listed Organization has been identified as a duplicate of another Organization, this column will display the word "Dup". If the listed Organization has been identified as the permanent Organization (another Organization is the duplicate of this one), this column displays the word "Perm".
Organization: This column displays the name of the Organization.
Energy Provider: This field displays the energy indicator (Y = Yes, N = No) for the provider. When all fuel types on an Organization are End Dated, the Y will no longer appear for the Organization.
Physical Address Box:
When a Organization name line is highlighted in the organization list above, the Physical Address box displays the physical address (if one has been entered) of the highlighted organization. Highlighting a different Organization from the list will update the address to that Organization. The address is a good way to differentiate between two Organizations with similar names.
Mailing Address Box:
When a Organization name line is highlighted in the organization list above, the Mailing Address box displays the mailing address (if one has been entered) of the highlighted organization. Highlighting a different Organization from the list will update the address to that Organization.
Telephone Numbers Box:
When a Organization name line is highlighted in the organization list above, the Telephone box displays the Home, Work, Cellular, and or FAX phone number and extension (if they have been entered) of the highlighted organization.
Email Address Box:
When a Organization name line is highlighted in the organization list above, the Email Address displays the (if one has been entered) of the highlighted organization.
