The List Position Assignments – Organization window displays a list of the organizations that have been assigned to the position after using the search criteria selected on the Search Position Assignmentsand Organization Assignments List Display windows.

Position Group Box:
Position: This field displays the position number and the Office where the position is located.
Class: This field displays the classification for the position.
Currently Filled By: This field displays the name of the person filling the position. If the position is vacant the word “Vacant” will be displayed.
Assignment List Box:
ID: This field displays the unique system assigned ID number for the organization.
Organization Name: This field displays the name of the organization.
City: This field displays the city where the organization is located.
Status: This field displays the status of the facility.
Facility Type: This field displays the facility type appropriate for the organization.
Worker Role: This field displays the worker role (primary, additional, etc).
Begin Date: This field displays the date the assignment began for this organization.
