Search Payments for Owner Organization

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Search Payments for Owner Organization window is used to search for owner organization payments.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Owner Organization Group Box:

Number:  Enter the unique system assigned ID number of the Owner Organization, if the number is known. If the number is not known, use the Arrow Button as specified below.

Select this search arrow to go to the Search Organizationwindow to search for the Owner Organization.

FID/SSN:  If the search arrow is used to select the Owner Organization, then the FID/SSN will be displayed in this field.

Name:  If the search arrow is used to select the Owner Organization, then the name will be displayed in this field.

Issued Date:

Begin: If a begin and end date are not entered, all payments issued to the Owner Organization will be displayed on the List Payments for Owner Organization window. To narrow the search, enter a begin date in this field.

End: To narrow the search, enter an end date in this field.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Search button to begin your search.
	Select the Clear button to clear this window of search criteria
	Select the Cancel button to cancel the window and return to the previous window.
	Select the Help button to open windows help.
