Master Case: Select this option to search for any Master Case in which this person participates. If found, either the Detail Master Case or the List for Master Case window opens. If this person is not a master case person, a message to that effect displays.
Interfaces: Select this option to open the Interfaces Menu.
Service Needs Assessment: Select this option to open the List Service Needs Assessment window to view a list of service need assessments for the person. If there are no assessments a message will display.
YLS Assessment: Select this option to open the YLS Assessment Detail to begin a new assessment or the YLS Assessment List window if there is a previous assessment.
Organizations: S elect this option to search for any involvement with an Organization. If found, the Detail Organization or the List Organizationwindow opens. If this person is not associated with an Organization, a message to that effect displays.
Person Tracking: Select this option when the person is involved with the Foster Care Review process. The option opens the Detail FCRO Person Tracking window. If the person is not involved in a Foster Care Review case a pop-up message opens. If the person is associated with a Foster Care Review case but not the child in an out of home placement a different message opens. Review the situation before you discontinue the ARP for these persons.
Payee Payment Method: Select this option to open the List Payee Payment Method or Detail Payee Payment Method window.
Developmental Disabilities: Select this option to open the Developmental Disability window.
Service Request: Select this option to open the Service Request window for persons on the Developmental Disability program.
Medicare Inquiry: Select this option to open the Medicare Coverage List window.
Health Check: Select this option to open the Health Check List window.
Intake: Select this option to search for any involvement with an Intake except where the person is the Caller/Reporter. If found, the Detail Intake or the List Intake window opens. If this person is not associated with an Intake, a message to that effect displays.
Intake Caller/Reporter: Select this option to open the List Intake window for persons with Caller or Reporter involvement in an Intake.
Allegations: Select this option to open the List Allegation window for persons involved in an Allegation.
Central Registry: Select this option to open the List Allegation window for persons involved with the Central Registry for Child Protective Services and after July 11, 2005, Adult Protective Services .
