Tribal Delete

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Tribal Delete window is a confirmation window.  It is used to review the delete action before proceeding since the action cannot be reversed.

MESSAGE:

You have selected a tribe to be deleted.
Do you want to continue?

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button to delete this instance of tribal affiliation and return to the List Tribal window.
	Select the No button to return to the List Tribal window without making a deletion.
