Tribal Membership Inquiry Form Icons

	Select the save icon to save the inquiry information and remain on the window.
	Select the save and close icon to save the inquiry information and return to the Search for Correspondence window.
	Select the policy icon to open the on-line policy manuals.
	Select the close icon to close the window without creating an inquiry form.
	Select the main menu icon to return to the N-FOCUS Main Menu.
