Finding Information

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Finding Information window is used by workers to enter the finding information on an allegation. It is used by Supervisors and designated Central Office staff to correct a finding.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Finding: Select the appropriate Finding from those in the drop down list.

Finding Date: Enter the date (MM-DD-YYYY) of the Finding. This date must be after both the intake received date and the allegation incident date.

Resulted in or Contributed to Death of the Victim: Check this box if the Allegation resulted in or contributed to the death of the victim.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Select the OK button to save the Finding information and return to the Detail Allegation window.
Select the Cancel button to return to the Detail Allegation window without saving Finding information.
