The Select from Intake Persons window opens when the search arrow is selected on the Detail Allegation Alleged Victim or Alleged Perpetrator boxes and there is more than one person listed in the Intake that can be selected as the victim or perpetrator. For Child Abuse/Neglect, when the Alleged Victim search button has been selected the list will contain only the children listed in the intake. When the Alleged Perpetrator search button has been selected all remaining persons listed in the intake will be listed.
Last Name: This column displays the last name of the Intake person.
First Name: This column displays the first name of the Intake person.
Middle Name: This column displays the middle name of the Intake person.
Ext: This column displays the name extension of the Intake person.

The OK button enables when a person's name is highlighted in the list. Select the OK button to move the highlighted person to the corresponding Victim or Perpetrator role. |

Select the Cancel button to close the window without making a selection. |
