The Detail Background Check window is used to document the background check(s) completed for a Program Person and/or an Organization Related Person.

Mode: The current window mode displays under the Main Menu icon.
Organization Group Box:
This box displays the name of the Organization only when the window is opened from the Detail Organization window.
Organization Related Person or Person List Box:
Last: This column displays the last name of the Program or Organization Related Person.
First: This column displays the first name of the Program or Organization Related Person.
Birth Date: This column displays the Program or Organization Related Person's date of birth.
Background Checks Group Box:
Type: Select or view the list of the types of background checks.
Date: Enter or view the date the background check was received.
Created By: This field will populate with the User ID of the person entering the background check information.
On: This field will populate with the date the background check was created.
Updated By: This field will populate with the User ID of the person updating background check information.
On: This field will populate with the date the background check information was updated.
Results: Enter or view the detailed description (3900 character field) for the background check results.
