List Background Checks

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The List Background Checks window displays a list of the background checks completed for a Program Person and/or an Organization Related Person.

Background Check Overview

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Organization Group Box:

This box displays the Name of the Organization when opening the window from an organization

Background Check List box:

Last:  This column displays the last name of the background check person.

First:  This column displays the first name of the background check person.

Birth Date:  This column displays the person's date of birth.

Result Date:  This column displays the date the background check information was received.

Type:  This column displays the Type of Background Check.

Results:  This column displays a short message about the result of the background check.

ACTION BUTTONS:

When there are more background checks listed than the window can display the more minus and more plus icons are enabled.

	Select the More Minus button to view previously viewed pages.  The button is enabled only if the more plus button has be used to view additional pages.
	Select the More Plus button to view more background checks on the next page.  the button is only enabled if there is more than one page of background checks.
