Approve Intake Confirmation

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Approve Intake Confirmation window is used by Protection and Safety Supervisors to document their review of and agreement with the Intake screening decision and when applicable, the priority.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Message: You have selected to Approve this Intake. By proceeding, you are in agreement with its current screening decision of: (screening decision) AND Its priority of (priority level). Do you want to continue?

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button to approve the Intake.
	Select the No button to close the window without approving the Intake.
