Close Intake Confirmation

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Close Intake Confirmation window is used to review and confirm that the information about the closing action is accurate.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Message: Intake Status will be changed to (Closed) and the Status Reason to (reason for closed status) - (priority level number).

Screening Tools List Box:

For CPS intakes,this box displays the screening tools consulted.

Response Tools List Box:

For CPS intakes this box displays the response tools consulted.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button to save the close information.
	Select the No button to close the window without closing the intake and return to the Detail Intake window.
