Detail Investigation

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Detail  Investigation window is used to tie an APS or CFS Intake to an investigation.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

AP Case/Organization Name:   This field displays either the name of the person in whose name the APS program case is registered, or the name of the  organization identified in the intake tied to this investigation assessment as "allegation involved" or "allegation site".

Mode:  The current status mode of the case is displayed under the exit icon.

Investigation Group Box:

Type:  This field displays the type which becomes populated once the originating Intake is tied to the Investigation.  Types Include:

Investigation Number:  This field displays the randomly assigned number of the investigation.

Begin Date:  This field displays the begin date of the investigation.

Tie Intake:  Use the search arrow button to select the Intake which initiates this investigation.

Status:  This field displays the current status of the investigation.  

As of:  This field displays the begin date of the current status.

Updated By:  This field displays the User ID of the person who last updated the investigation.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Investigation Narrative button to open the Search Narrative window.
	Select the Domain Narrative button to open the Search Narrative window specific to the  Domains.  This button only displays for an APS intake that was closed with a reason of "APS investigation".
	Select the Summary Narrative button to open the Search Narrative window.  This button displays for an APS Intake that is closed with a status reason of Org Related Investigation OR a CFS intake that was closed for the status reason of Out-of-Home Assessment.
	Select the Status History button to open the  Investigation Status History window.

Persons in Investigation Group Box:

Name: This field displays the name of the person(s) involved in the investigation.

Birth Date: This column displays the birth date of each current member of the investigation.

Role:  This column displays the role each person has in the investigation.

Begin Date:  This column displays the effective date of the person's role.

End Date:  This column displays the effective date of the person's role..

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The Case Person icon is enabled when a person line is highlighted.  Select the icon to open the Person Detail window.
	Select the Add/Update icon to open the Persons in Investigation window to add or remove persons from the investigation.
	Select the Contact Detail button to open the Contact Detail window.

Organizations in Investigation Group Box:

Name: This field displays the name of the Organization.

Role:  This field displays the type of role the Organization has in the investigation.

Begin Date: This column displays the begin date of the Organization's role.

End Date: This column displays the end date of the Organization's role.

	The Organization icon is enabled when an Organization is highlighted.  Select the icon to open the Detail Organization window.
	Select the Add/Update icon to open the Organization in Investigation window to add or remove Organizations from the investigation.
	Select the Contact Detail button to open the Detail Organization Contact window.

Reviewed By Group Box:  

Supervisor:  This field displays the name of the supervisor who reviewed the Investigation.  The field is blank until a review is completed.

On Behalf of:  This field displays the name of the supervisor responsible for the review when another supervisor completed the review.'

ACTION BUTTON:

The Supervisor Review button is not enabled until the Investigation is in Ready for Review status.  Select this button to open the Investigation Review window.
