The List Person(s) by Address window opens after address information is entered on the Search for Person by Address window.
Matched Addresses Group Box:
Address Line 1: This field displays the street addresses that match the search criteria, either exact or non-exact search.
City: This field displays the city selected in the search window.
State: This field displays the state selected from the drop down list in the search window.
Zip Code: This field displays the zip code entered in the search window.
Person(s) Group Box:
This box displays information when an address is highlighted in the Matched Addresses group box. If the name of a person is highlighted, the icons to the right will enable. Master Case icon and Intake icon will be enabled only if the person is involved in a Master Case or Intake.
Last: This displays the surname of the person.
First: This displays the first name of the person.
MI: This displays the middle initial of the person.
Ext: This displays the surname extension, if any.
Sex: This displays M for male, or F for female.
Birth Date: This displays the date of birth for the person.
Address Begin Date: This field displays the begin date of the address in N-FOCUS.
Address End Date: This field displays the date the address was ended in N-FOCUS.
Last Known Address: This field displays a Y if the Last Known Address radio button was checked in the Detail Address window for this Person.

The Person icon allows you to go into the Person detail information to determine if this person is a possible match or not. |

The Master Case icon is only enabled when the person you have highlighted is in a Master Case. |

|
The Intake icon is only enabled when the person you have highlighted is in an Intake. |
|
|
The Select arrow icon allows you to carry back the Person and related information to the Detail Intake window. Persons can be multi-selected and carried back at one time. |
