Persons of Interest

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

This window is accessed from the Detail Intake window.  It allows for entry about a person and the role the person has in the Intake.

Intake Nbr/Name:  This field displays the randomly assigned Intake number and the name of the person the Intake is assigned to, if one has been established.

Mode:  This field displays Update.

Person(s) of Interest Group Box:

First Name:  This field displays the first name of the person.

Last Name:  This field displays the last name of the person

Middle Name:  This field displays the middle name of the person.

Ext: This field displays the extension.

Sex:  This field displays M for male, F for female, or U for unknown.

Birthdate:  This field displays the date of birth for the person.

Person of Interest Detail Group Box:  

This box is where the information concerning the person and their role is entered.  

First: Enter the first name of the person being added as a Person of Interest.

Middle: Enter the middle name or initial of the person being added as a Person of Interest.

Last: Enter the last name of the person being added as a Person of Interest.

Ext: Enter the name extension (if applicable) of the person being added as a Person of Interest.

Sex: Select the gender of the person from those in the drop down list.

Birth Date: Enter the Date of Birth for the person being added as a Person of Interest. Enter as month, day, and year.

SSN: Enter the Social Security Number of the person being added as a Person of Interest.

Description: This box allows for entry of additional information regarding the Person of Interest.

Role(s):  Select the role of the Person of Interest from the listing.  Multi-selection of roles is available.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select this button to add the information entered in the Person of Interest Detail group box to the Person(s) of Interest group box.
	Select this button to update information about a highlighted Person of Interest.
	Select this button to remove the highlighted  Person of Interest .
	Select this button to clear the fields while remaining on the window.
