The search for Person by address window is used to search the N-FOCUS system for persons when only their address is known.
Note: If the Master Case or any person who is IN the Household within the Master Case needs to be protected because of Domestic Violence, the information will be marked as RESTRICTED. This designation will display on the Detail Master Case window, and the Person Detail window. During the Search process, for each person within a Restricted Master Case, the restriction will also display on the Search by Address, Search by Phone and Search by Account windows. Search information will not display for Restricted Persons or Master Cases.
Number: Enter apha-numeric characters. A maximum of eight is allowed. When data is entered only in the number and City fields, a non-exact search is executed. When data is entered in any address field following the Number field, an exact search is executed.
Direction: Select the direction from the drop down options.
Street Name: Enter the street name.
Type: Select the type from the drop down list.
Postdirection: Select the postdirection from the drop down list.
Unit Type: Select the unit type from the drop down list.
Unit Number: Enter the number of the unit.
City: Enter the name of the city. This is a required field.
State: Select the state code from the drop down list.
Zip Code: Enter the zip code. If the zip code is entered, a search will be done only for this zip code.
