The Search for Person by Telephone window is used to search the N-FOCUS system for persons when only their telephone number is known. .
Note: If the Master Case or any person who is IN the Household within the Master Case needs to be protected because of Domestic Violence, the information will be marked as RESTRICTED. This designation will display on the Detail Master Case window, and the Person Detail window. During the Search process, for each person within a Restricted Master Case, the restriction will also display on the Search by Address, Search by Phone and Search by Account windows. Search information will not display for Restricted Persons or Master Cases.
Phone Number Search Group Box:
Phone Number: Enter the 10 digit phone number to use for your search criteria.

Click the Search button to search for a person within N-FOCUS who has the phone number entered as the search criteria. |

Click the Clear button to remove the number entered int he Phone Number field. |
Person(s) List Box:
Last: The last name of the person found based on the search criteria.
First: The first name of the person found based on the search criteria.
MI: The middle initial of the person found based on the search criteria.
EXT: The extension of the name for the person found based on the search criteria.
Sex: The sex of the person found based on the search criteria.
Birth Date: The Date of Birth of the person found based on the search criteria.
Telephone Type: The type of telephone located based on the search criteria.

Click the Person Detail icon to view the Person Detail window for the selected person in the Person(s) group box. |

Click the Master Case icon to view any Master Cases associated to the selected person in the Person(s) group box. |
|
Click the Intake icon to view any Intakes associated to the selected person in the Person(s) group box. |
|
Click the Select icon to have the selected person in the Person(s) group box added to the Intake. |
