Select Organization Role

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Select Organization Role window is used to document the organizations role in the intake.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Message: Enter the Organizations Role.

Role: Select the role for the organization from those in the drop down list.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to save the organization role.
	Select the Cancel button to close the window without selecting a organization role.
