Select Status Reason

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Select Status Reason is a popup window that opens when Close Intake or Hold Intake is selected from the Actions Drop down menu on the Detail Intake window. It is used to document the reason the Intake was closed or suspended.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Status Group Box:

Status Reason: Select the appropriate closing or suspension reason from those in the drop down list.

Priority Group Box:

Priority: Select the priority number from the drop down list.

Screening Tools List Box:

This field is used to close CPS cases and not available for APS intakes. Highlight one or more of the screening tools that were consulted.

Priority Response Decision Tools List Box:

This field is used to close CPS cases and not available for APS intakes. Highlight one or more of the priority response decision tools used to determine the priority status.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to save the status reason information.
	Select the Cancel button to close the window without selecting a status reason.
