Sort Intake List by

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Sort Intake List by window is used to arrange the list of intakes by one of the criteria listed. If the icon was selected the sorted list will display in ascending order. If the icon was selected the sorted list will display in descending order.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Sort Field: Select the radio button in the Sort Field box to sort by:

• Received Date
• Hotline
• Name
• Number
• Type
• Status
• Priority
• Status Reason
• Finding Complete?
• Received by
• Local Office
• ORG Role (available only via the Detail Organization window.)

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the OK button to being the sort process.
	Select the Cancel button to return to the List Intake window.
