The Tie Intake to Program Case window is used to associate (tie) the Intake to a CFS or APS program case. The Intake must be closed before it can be tied. If there is no program case for the person(s) one must be created before the Intake can be tied.
How Do I :
Untie Intake: Select the Untie Intake option if a tie to a CFS or APS program case has been made in error.
The current system mode (INQUIRY, ADD, or UPDATE) displays on the right side above the Intake Information group box.
Intake Information Group Box:
Name: This field displays the Intake name.
Number: This field displays the system generated number.
Type: This field displays the type of Intake.
Intake Person Group Box:
Last: This field displays the last name of the person(s) involved in the Intake.
First: This field displays the first name of the person(s) involved in the Intake.
MI: This field displays the middle initial of the person(s) involved in the Intake.
Ext: This field displays any name extension for the person involved in the Intake.
Role: This field displays the persons role in the Intake.
Sex: This field displays the gender code of the person involved in the Intake.
Birth Date: This field displays the birth date of the person involved in the Intake.
SSN: This field displays the Social Security Number of the person involved in the Intake.

This Person Detail icon will be enabled when a person line is highlighted. Select the icon to open the Person Detail window. |
Case Information Group Box:
Master Case Name: This field displays the Master Case name for the CFS or APS program case tied to the Intake.
Master Case Id: This field displays the Master Case number for the CFS or APS program case tied to the Intake.

The Master Case icon is enabled when a Master Case has been tied to the Intake. Select this icon to open the Detail Master Case window. |

Select
the search arrow to tie the Intake to a CFS or APS Program case. The Search
for Master Case window will
open. On the Search Master Case window enter the information needed to
open or create the Detail Master Case
window. Highlight the Program Case and select the  to bring
the selected Program Case back to the Tie Intake to PC window. |
Program Case Name: This field displays the CFS or APS Program Case name that is tied to the Intake.
Program Case Id: This field displays the CFS or APS Program Case number that is tied to the Intake.
