This window is used to view the details of a case narrative.
Name: This field displays the name of the program case name person.
Mode: This field displays add, update or inquiry mode of the case narrative.
Narrative Information Group Box:
Subject: This field displays the narrative subject selected on the Search Narrative window.
Occurrence: This field displays the date the narrated events took placed. The date defaults to the current date, but can be changed to a prior date.
Item: Select the topic of the narrative from the drop down list.
Record: This field displays the date the narrative is entered in N-FOCUS.
Header Last Updated By: This field displays the User ID of the last person to update the narrative header.
On: This field displays the date the narrative header was updated.
Created By: This field displays the name of the person who created the Detail Narrative.
Text Last Updated By: This field displays the User ID of the last person to update the text.
On: This field displays the date the text was updated.
Status: This field displays the narrative status of either draft or final.
