This window shows a Payment Determination created prior to August 11, 2014 (08-11-2014). With the August 2014 Release, new FCPay windows and functionality were added to N-FOCUS.
Child's Name: This field displays the first name, middle initial, last name, and name of extension for the child.
Payment Information Group Box:
Points Determined: This field displays the number of points calculated from the answers on the Question Checklist.
Out of Home Maintenance Amount: This field displays the amount of maintenance payment calculated from the answers on the Question Checklist.
Available Respite Amount: This field displays the amount of respite payment calculated from the answers on the Question Checklist.
Additional Comments: This field indicates any additional comments if special arrangements for payments have been made with the provider.
Determination Date: This field indicates the date (MM-DD-YYYY) the determination was completed.
Closed Date: This field indicates the date (MM-DD-YYYY) the determination ends, if applicable.
