Confirm Print

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Confirm Print window opens when the Child Disclosure/Placement Agreement window is completed and closed without printing a Child Disclosure form. The information for the Child Disclosure is not stored in the system and is only retrievable from the correspondence.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Changes have been made, Do you want to Print?

Draft Child Disclosure: Select this radio button to print a draft Child Disclosure form. To later print a final copy the information must be re-entered.

Final Child Disclosure: Select this radio button to print a final Child Disclosure form.

Final Child Disclosure w/ Placement Agreement: Select this radio button to print the Child Disclosure form and a Placement Agreement.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	Select the Yes button to print the selected form(s). The Print window opens.
	Select the No button to leave the windows without printing. All information for the Child Disclosure form is lost.
	Select the Cancel button to return to the Child Disclosure/Placement Agreement window.
