Children Involved in Safety Assessment

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Children Involved in Safety Assessment window displays a list of all the children listed in the Safety Assessment.  The window is used to select the children who are also involved with a Protective Action.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Select one or more children for involvement in the Protective Action:

Name:  This column displays the child's first and last name.

Birth Date:  This column displays the child's date of birth.

ACTION BUTTONS:

	The OK button enables when one or more children are highlighted in the list.  Select the button to include the child(ren) in the Protective Action and return to the Detail Protective Action window.
	Select the Cancel button to return to the Detail Protective Action window without selecting any children.
