Confirm Save for Safety Plan

The Confirm Save Message window opens when updating the status of the Safety Plan on the  Detail Safety Plan window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

When the Yes button is selected and all assessment items are complete the message reads:

The Safety Plan status will be changed to "Ready for Review".  Do you wish to continue?

ACTION BUTTON:

	Select the Yes button to close the window and save the Safety Plan status.
	Select the No button to close the window without updating the status.
